Albuquerque, NM—May 24, 2023 – The Pink and Ruby Buckle and the Equine Network, LLC have reached a formal partnership agreement that will further the growth and development of the barrel horse industry by continuing to provide unrivaled competitions and media.

The Pink Buckle and Ruby Buckle stallion incentive programs are designed to dramatically increase the number and quality of barrel horses by promoting the Pink and Ruby Buckle stallions and their offspring. Consisting of four events, the Pink and Ruby Buckle promise guaranteed payout of more than $7 million in 2023.

“We’re excited to partner with the crown jewel of the barrel racing industry,” Tom Winsor, CEO of Equine Network, LLC, said. “This new partnership deepens our relationship within the equine community while adding to our fast-growing Western Sports Group. Pink and Ruby are already exceptional, and barrel racers can expect the same formats and the same great events in this partnership.”

Equine Network’s partnership with the Pink Buckle and Ruby Buckle fits naturally with the company’s expansive growth plans, adding a new dimension to their robust Sports Group offerings that include the Ariat World Series of Team Roping, the USTRC, NTR and NTRL, as well as media brands BarrelRacing.com, The Team Roping Journal, Roping.com and The Breakaway Roping Journal.

“We’ve been so thrilled with the success of the Pink and Ruby Buckle programs so far,” said Chad Beus, founding partner of the Pink and Ruby Buckle. “This new partnership with Equine Network allows us to continue to grow and improve. We are always searching for ways to innovate and expand, and working together with Tom and his team will accelerate our vision for the future while keeping with the same exceptional levels of production quality and customer service—both to the barrel racer and the breeder.”

The next event on the 2023 Pink and Ruby Buckle schedule is the Ruby Buckle Regional Race in South Jordan, Utah, June 20-24, where barrel racers will contend for $1.02 million between a futurity, Open 4D, derby and youth competition. The program’s flagship $3.78-million payout Pink Buckle Futurity runs October 2-8 in Guthrie, Oklahoma, and the Ruby Buckle’s Eastern Regional Race will round out the year in Memphis, Tennessee.
